The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased the Cultsport Smartcross B1 Bluetooth Enabled Elliptical Cross Trainer and I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. The product is top-notch, delivering a smooth and effective workout experience. What impressed me the most was the exceptional customer support provided by Cultsport. The installation guy was professional and efficient, ensuring a hassle-free setup. Additionally, Surya, the dietician from Cultsport, offered invaluable advice that enhanced my fitness journey. Kudos to the team for their outstanding service. I highly recommend this product!

Update after 10 months:

It's been a nightmare since the right pedal broke just after the six month warranty expired. Despite reaching out to CultFit for a replacement, their response has been abysmal, dragging on for nearly three months with no resolution in sight.

Here are the facts:

– The right pedal broke in January 2024, making the elliptical useless.
– I've been in contact with CultFit since then, providing a video, photos of the broken part, the original purchase invoice, and even CCTV footage showing the equipment failing.
– CultFit promised to replace the pedal for 600 INR once their stock was replenished by the end of March 2024. It's now April 22nd, 2024, and there's still no sign of the pedal, nor any update from their side.
– Despite this, CultFit's latest response was to ask for another video, as if the extensive evidence I've already provided wasn't enough. This shows a blatant disregard for my time and a lack of responsibility on their part.

This isn't just about a broken pedal anymore; it's about a company that doesn't seem to care about its customers post-purchase. The elliptical itself, when functional, was decent, but what good is a product if the company behind it won't stand by it when issues arise?

To anyone considering buying the SmartCross B1 or any other CultFit product, think twice. If anything goes wrong, you might find yourself in a similar situation, with a broken product and a customer service team that leads you in circles.

Pros- Sturdy exercise bike. Is suitable for persons weighing even 100 kgs or so. Purchased 10 days ago, seems to be a reliable one at reasonable price. Can give full body exercise at indoors.
Cons- The distance between seat & handle is not suitable for persons having height below 5.5 feets even after screw adjustments. My 11 years old daughter measures 5’1” & she has to stretch much for riding the bike in seated position. I expect spare parts are available pan India.
About the Diet expert-Ms. Puja is an excellent diet counselor. She is very knowledgeable & quickly makes her clients understand the right approach to nutrition & diet according to specific needs. Wish her all the very best.
About the fitness trainer- The exercise done with Mr.Suraj has made me sweat & feel extremely energetic; it was indeed an excellent training session. Kudos to Mr.Suraj.

Wanted a compact exercising machine for home. Family all zoomed in on a cross trainer and daughter liked this product. Delivered well before time. Daughter could assemble it all using the provided tools – EXCEPT – one nut was badly jammed in the thread and needed me to bring out a heavy duty long handled spanner and a pipe-wrench. Not sure if all households will have these handy. Manufacturer please note – this was in the blister pack – no evidence of tampering – yet the thread was jammed. Barring this one nut – rest of the 16 odd screws and nuts were fine and posed no problems.

The equipment feels solid, no parts seem flimsy. The assembly video is fantastic – but we did have to watch it at least 10-12 times to get the washer position correct. One gotcha – while fixing the foot rest better to tilt the machine up – unless you have extreme bending capabilities. It has just been assembled today and works as expected. Will review the sturdiness after 6 months.

Box came without a user manual and warranty card. However, the user manual is available for download in Amazon and the warranty is detailed in Amazon – so those are minor glitches.
Overall – happy for now.

The product arrived in brand new condition with no damaged. It was well packed and the delivery team delivered it to my doorstep. I decided to assemble the elliptical machine myself. And hats off to the Cult Fitness team for providing a step by step video on YouTube for self-assembly. It was not difficult at all once you follow the video. Once assembled, the machine itself was sturdy and since I bought the one with the seat, it could be used as a stationary cycle if needed. My wife loved it and so did I. We rarely find the time to exercise and this machine gave us just that in the comfort of our home. The pedals and the handles were smooth when walking upright. However I must add, three things could be improved:
1. No backlight for the console which displays the speed, time, distance calories burned and pulse. In a well lighted environment, it is not a problem but the lack of a blue backlight makes it difficult to see in dimly lit conditions. On top of that an on/off switch could be added.
2. The seat is somewhat a little too firm and not that comfortable to sit on for more than 10 minutes of exercises. That could be improved.
3. The app to machine interface could be improved. It just displays the distance and time. If it could mirror the parameters on the console, it would be better.
Overall for it's price, it is well worth the buy but a few little features could be improved or added.

Product is easy to operate and one can self install as well. Result is good. Paisa wasool

I made a good choice to buy this cross trainer. The experience with this cross trainer usage is good and smooth.

Perfect product for my home use and best suitable for my family use.
So far it is standing sturdy with max weight limit usage of 90kg
