Lifelong Elliptical Cross Trainer Installation Verified Buyer
Worth every penny!Installation: This product is great and easy to self install. Since there is a 5 days (48 hours is the promised one) delay from the installation team, I did it myself and the machine is working great.
Features: This is a manual machine with no inclination and the flywheel tension can go up to 8 with a Knob to adjust. Heart rate seems accurate(checked with an oxymeter). Not sure how to check the calories burnt details shown in machine is real or not.(maybe a placebo effect)
Display: The only drawback is the display size and type (I know with this price you can't expect more) but they could have given at least a multi row display with backlight option. Also, you need two 'AAA' size batteries for the display to work. (Not for the machine)
Noise level: The machine is silent and no whirring sound from the fly wheel or any other moving parts while working.
Overall, I would say this is a worthy product and also will be helpful to maintain your body.

No installation service at tier 2 citiesCompany did not provide any installation service only messages came but installation was getting cancelled from company side as it's tier 2 city,had to get it done from my own pocket from a local shop.Secondly except heart rate sensor the other features of the dashboard like speed,distance is not working,not sure whom to contact and get it returned/resolved.

Worst company ever!!!One of its part got broken while doing exercise in a month and when i asked the company to help me out they refused to help and said since a part of this machine is broken so the product is not longer under warranty and they don't have the spare part available. How are they selling this machine if they don't have the spare part and its been more than a month that the machine is not in working condition and the company doesn't bother. Worst company i have ever seen and super worst customer care. Not going to buy a single product from Lifelong Company.
