Perform… as it has pvc plates ( plates made of plastic in which cement or sand is filled )
3. Cables & Rod provided are heavy & super durable as it took me half an hour to cut a single cable with proper tools.
4. You can perform workout such as-
Leg – Squats , vertical leg press
Chest – upper , lower & normal Chest Press
Back – Lats pull down & pull over seated row, pull ups & chin ups.
Bicep & tricep – Cable curl , tricep push down , reverse curl , tricep kickbacks etc.

DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU HAVE 2-3 MONTHS OF TIME TO WAIT FOR THE PRODUCTI usually refrain from leaving negative reviews, but this experience with Gamma Fitness, based in Jalandhar, truly warrants it. This has been the most casual and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
I ordered a machine on 14th October 2024, with an expected delivery date of 4th November.
As the dispatch date (22nd October) approached, I contacted the company. Instead of addressing my concerns, they asked me to “trouble them after the festive season.”
I was in touch with their associate, Ms. Palkin, who initially ignored my calls. When I texted her, she didn’t address my queries but instead redirected me to a junior associate, Ms. Nandini.
Nandini’s attitude was no better. She asked me to contact their factory directly to track the product. This is unacceptable—I am a paying customer, not their HR manager. After pressing her for answers, she admitted on 6th November that the machine hadn't even been manufactured yet.
After multiple delays, the machine was finally "dispatched" on 15th November, or so I was told. It arrived in parts on 18th November, and to my disbelief, only the weights were delivered. When I questioned this, I was told the shipment was coming in multiple parts, but no tracking ID was provided.
By 19th November, the situation escalated as Amazon showed the product as "delivered," and I felt cheated. Reaching out again, I was connected to the company owner Shivam Chauhan, who admitted the shipment hadn’t even been dispatched. Finally, the full machine arrived on 22nd November, but it was incomplete—major components like the pulley, cable crossover handle, and ground pulley handle were missing.
Mockery was made of me, and the time I had invested was treated as a joke. I specifically ordered the machine because its estimated delivery date aligned with my workout plans. This delay not only disrupted my fitness schedule but also eroded any inspiration I initially had.
During calls with their associates, it was revealed that they didn’t even have the product ready when I placed the order. The company admitted to struggling with rapid orders and failing to list the product as "sold out" in time. I was forced to repeatedly threaten legal action, which I believe acted as a catalyst in finally getting some of what I paid for.
Even after all this, the missing parts only delivered on 7th December 2024. In which also the ground pulley handle was missing(which now I am going to order again from some other reliable company. Even, company’s earlier promise of “complementary products” has also been conveniently denied.
The machine’s quality is mediocre, with substandard weights from which the burada leaks and poorly manufactured parts. The team’s lack of professionalism, basic civic sense, and courtesy—especially from Nandini and the company owner—is appalling.
This fiasco has left me completely disillusioned. I regret purchasing from Gamma Fitness. Their approach to customer service is disgraceful, and their products do not justify the price. I would strongly caution others against doing business with them.
