BEST PIECE OF FITNESS EQUIPMENT FOR LOWER BODY MONEY CAN BUY !It’s a very sturdy piece of equipment. Well designed to make it compact.
It is a lovely piece of equipment that I have come to love, also because it’s relatively cheap.
One has to start slowly with this, gradually increasing time as our stamina increases.
I do not say I found it Too Easy . But, I had good idea as to how it would be.
I do ten minutes Mini Stepper workout.
Working out on this machine, I feel confident it can help me reach my goal. It’s not only effective but I also enjoy the workout.
Having said that, I repeat in the evening, all I did in the morning. That is to say, totally I use this machine 10 mins in morning and ten mins evening, totally 20 mins per day. Moreover, when the sun is too warm or it’s too chilly due to rain and winds, like it’s now Bangalore, I can use this any time of day indoors under a fan or AC.
I intend losing weight also over a period of time.
Purchased one year back, now it’s started making weird awful noise when I use it fast mode also seller has not informed where to lubricate in manual.
So I’m reducing one star

High qualityIt is heavy. I checked the weight with parsonal weighing scale and weight is about 6.05kg. This may not correct as personal weighing scale is not the right equipment to weigh this. But it is heavy and build quality is very good. I can't find any negative points. So i am giving 5 stars.
You can remove the LCD panel as shown in my attached pic. Under the LCD panel, there is the battery compartment. 1 AAA battery needed which is included. If LCD panel is not showing digits, try adjusting battery. It happened to me.
I am doing 100 steps, which takes 2 mins, as a beginner.
It comes pre-assembled. You don't have to do any assembling.
It is made in China but quality is very good.
At first i felt uncomfortable without a support to place my hand. My desk height is too low to serve as hand support. But then i came up with a jugaad. I used the back support of my office chair as hand rest when using the stepper, which does the job.
The product comes with an allen key to remove or tighten the screws. There is a user manual written in Chinese English where it shows "EXPLODED DRAWING", meaning detailed diagram of the product! 😀

Update after 2 months:
No complaint about the machine quality. But it is mainly exercising quadriceps and knee. I don't feel muscle tension in calf after using this machine. I get muscle tension only in quadriceps. So, i am not fully satisfied with this machine. I want to exercise both quadriceps and calf.
