you get what is described in the descriptionIf you just need weights and are on a budget crunch, these work just as well.
I do my workouts using calisthenics rings but needed weights for headlights. They have served their purpose perfectly.
No sand leakage, look fine (not shiny or good looking but they are not bad), plastic seems decent in quality.
Value for money. Other options in the market are far more expensive.

Some plates damagedThe outer package was not in good condition it was fully damaged coming to plates the one of the 5 kg plates has crack at cap and other 5 kg plates sides were chipped and one 10 kgs plate has deformity. But other plates seem to be of good quality. I would say take the product only if it is in good condition other wise return or replace as these plate are already fragile when in perfect condition and you don't want them to break mid workout
