This will make u fallThis bench is only good till you are sitting on it. Once you lie down then u cant trust it. You could fall anytime causing sever injury. You could get disbalance very easily while pushing up or down the weighted rod. Which again could cause injury to u.
Reason for unstability: At the bottom side of the seat there is a straight long iron rod, which is put at other end to make seat flat. And thats all, so once u put ur weight then seat disbalances itself either right or left. Cause this long iron rod is not thick enough to make it stable.
Return: Yes it was available but again with a glitch. You have to pack all these stuffs inside a very poor packaging box they give u. Which will remain open from multiple sides once unpacked. And then u have to carry this large and heavy piece on ur back to the courrier station. And they will charge u good amount of money jst bcz of weight. So its a more loss than buying. You ll left with only option to keep it.

Not same as shown in image and not safeBench is not exactly as shown in image. It's legs base is so short that it shakes while work out. Also rod between legs is not there which could provide more stiffness. Not even good for beginners as it's not safe. Cushion plate also shakes which makes impossible to use it.
