Not expected the same as the pipe used inside is of inferior quality.

pathetic durabilityLasted not longer than 1 month. After the pipe broke within a month itself , I contacted their service on whatsapp, I was preferring a refund as I believed this was not because of manufacturing defect and product quality itself was sub-standard but their responses implied :" We only replace the one with white core and you may want to instead order the one with green core/pipe (with additional payment) " and they could not give even one reason why green will be long lasting than white. The support person's message tone sounded like : "take it or leave it. " I went for the replacement as didn't feel like putting more money into this product range. The replacement took almost 15 days after couple of follow-ups and even this unit broke within a month's of usage. I only used these units 5 mins a day and I am average height and weight person. I don't see myself purchasing any of this or other brand's hollow units.
