I bought this treadmill from Amazon, and I am very happy with it. It came on time, and the packaging was good, so there was no damage. A person came to my house to assemble it and showed me how to use it, which was very helpful.

The treadmill works great. It is strong, runs smooth, and is not too noisy. There are many speed and incline options, so it is good for beginners and also for people who exercise a lot. The screen is easy to use.

Customer care is via WhatsApp and without diagnosis of the issue they raised motor change request, which took 2 weeks to arrive and few more days to install. Technician is not experienced and post replacement issue remains. After further parts replacement issue was resolved.

Good product. Sturdy. Heavy, surprisingly. My main issue would be applying lubricant. That's a hassle but negligible since I will only be doing it once in a while. The running belt goes awry when you loosen it for applying lubricant. Took a whole day to get it back to place. Also, the handle is foldable only when you don't use the screw. If you use it, it can't be folded. Meaning, If its not screwed in, you can't use the phone/tab holder.

So that's just kinda misleading from Cockatoo's part. So the description should be 'foldable but can't use the phone or tab holder'. Nevertheless, I am glad I went for a walking pad instead of a treadmill. Keep it away from water. Yes, I recommend this product.

They were super helpful and came to install the very next day, on a Sunday even… They carried it to the first floor , all this FREE OF COST. where as the amazon delivery charged me 1000 rupees to get it down from their van and to walk four steps until my garage.

So, my suggestion would be to buy it from them than from amazon. There's ZERO value buying from amazon.

Product is excellent, but lack time start, we cant set timmer on this, also the walking width space is less, compare to other. But still it works good been using it for 2 weeks. Just touching legs on side.

The pneumatic folding is bit tricky. It doesn't soft land but still very convenient. The size is good although the base/ belt is a bit hard. Still good value for money.

So this treadmill is a perfect machine if you want to get fit at home. Has emergency clip which felt a good safety feature to have. Speed Preset goes up till 12. Good for home use.

It works really well. It also worked with an inverter. Although I was a little apprehensive about that, it functions with an inverter too.

The main reason I am writing this review is that yesterday, while I was running on it at the top speed of 14.8 with earbuds on, the machine suddenly jerked and stopped, showing E02 on the screen. This was scary and unexpected.

I tried reaching out to customer care, but the number was not available as their timing is from 10 AM to 5 PM. I was disappointed. However, I reached out to online groups, and someone suggested tightening the belt and using lubrication, which I did. After that, I ran for 1 km more with no issues. I was relieved.

This morning, they called me promptly, offered their assistance, and were willing to send a technician. They’ve called numerous times since morning for any help. I had to tell them to stop, saying the machine was fine the last I checked and that I would let them know if required.

I am impressed not only by the machine, which is more than perfect for a person of my height and stature, but also by the after-sales service this brand offers.

I made the right choice. Recommended 100%.

It’s a good treadmill for home users it provides three level inclination which is quite useful sturdy model however needs lubrication after a week or so to prevent belt from damage
