The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased this treadmill and have been using it for a week now. Overall, I am very much satisfied with my purchase. It was easy to assemble and the instructions were clear and concise. The treadmill is well-constructed and feels sturdy, even at higher speeds. The cushioning on the running deck is comfortable and provides good shock absorption.

The treadmill is also equipped with various features like a heart rate monitor, speed and distance tracking, and multiple workout programs, The treadmill is also relatively quiet, which is great for use in our home, and is pretty easy and convenient for using.

Only One area where the treadmill falls a bit short is in the speaker quality. While the speakers are functional, the sound quality is moderate. However, this machine perfectly fulfills it's sole purpose, if you're primarily interested in the running experience, this treadmill is a great option.

Overall, I would recommend this treadmill for anyone looking for a solid, reliable machine to use for daily workouts. It's well-designed, easy to use, and offers a great running experience at a good price point.

The customer service was really informative and supportive. The user manual was missing from my package and I told this to the customer care. They responded quickly and sent me the pdf of manual and warrenty .
The treadmill has different workout modes . It has really sturdy built in quality. The treadmill was not wobbling at all while walking or running . The manual inclination of the treadmill was really helpful. The grips and button are placed at  good reach. It can be paired with the mobile cultsports app and all the workout can be tracked .
The bonus with this treadmill are the free diet plan consultation and a free exercise session with the experts.
After installation of the treadmill I had a over phone consultation Dietician Manisha. I was asked about my daily lifestyle , my eating habits, my allergies, and my preferences . Accordingly they made a perfect diet plan for me with many options which was reflected on the cultsports app itself.
Another plus point was the free workout session with expert trainer. I had a 30min live workout session with Trainer Suraj Kumar . Suraj was really polite and informative. He instructed me few warmup exercises which should be done before doing workout on treadmill, which was really helpful.

Since it has manual inclination, changing the inclination is little bit of effort.
For normal walking this is working perfectly. For running at higher speed than 8kmph, it does shake a bit.
For budget spend, normal and brisk walking this is good. Running is good till 8kmph or 9kmph.
For higher speeds it shakes a bit.
Little bit of noise at higher speed which is negligible.

I have other heavy duty machines in my personal Mumbai gym too… But this one is sleek & technically sound.. Definitely worth the price!! No doubt about it 😊
Only if the treadmill manufacturers now a days increase the width of the walking belt, it would be nice, like previous heavy duty machines…

I purchased a Cult treadmill on October 20th, expecting a quality product and good support, but this has been one of the worst experiences ever. The treadmill stopped working on December 12th, barely two months after purchase! I immediately raised a complaint on December 13th, and since then, it’s been a nightmare dealing with Cult support.

Not a single person from their support team has responded properly or taken ownership to resolve the issue. Every time I reach out, I get vague responses, false promises, or worse – complete silence. It feels like they don’t care once the product is sold.

For such an expensive product, this level of quality and service is unacceptable. I regret trusting Cult with my purchase and would strongly advise others to stay away from their products. If they cannot provide reliable products or responsive support, they have no business in the fitness equipment market.

Product is like any other chinese machine we buy brand for service but here service is not available from cult. Their customer care number doesn't work. I asked amazon for help and amazon suggested to get help from a local technician so it's better to buy a local machine from nearby vendor

Treadmill started mall function in just 10 months and post that contacted customer support they are not responding now the warranty is also expired pathetic product No customer support after selling guys pls don’t buy this product PLS STOP BUYING CULT PRODUCTS

Another issue is with the heart rate monitor—it didn’t give accurate readings, and after waiting over a minute with no proper reading, I gave up trying to get a result.

I have used it a few times and, as a trained runner, I can manage. However, I would caution beginners, as the compact size might make it difficult to use comfortably or safely. The interface is okay, but I would appreciate more precise tracking—particularly if the distance meter showed two decimal places.

Subject: Immediate Action Required – Defective Treadmill Replacement

I received a defective treadmill with a non-functional motor. The technician confirmed it needs to be replaced.

Amazon says CULT is responsible since they're the supplier. CULT says Amazon should handle it because the purchase was made on their platform. This blame-shifting is completely unacceptable.

I trusted both the brand and the seller when making this expensive purchase. Neither is taking responsibility, which is deeply disappointing.

I don’t care who handles it—Amazon or CULT—but this product must be replaced immediately. Please stop passing the buck and resolve this now.
