As for the product itself, it' of top notch quality. The exercise bike is sturdy yet relatively lightweight, comfortable and has a range of features that make working out enjoyable and effective. The adjustable resistance levels allows for to adjust the intensity of workout as one progresses, and their android app provides all the necessary feedback that one would need to track their progress.

Finally, the after-sale service provided by the vendor so far have been nothing but exceptional as well. They followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase and even offered a complimentary service to make sure the bike is functioning correctly. The vendor's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is truly admirable.

Simple, Clean, neat bike. Very easy to assemble. And very comfortable to ride. Quite easy to move around the house. The calorie counter in the Cultsport app might not be very accurate, but it is easily remedied if you have a fitness tracker. Have done 3-4 rounds of 30 minute ride and it is quite sturdy. Will recommend for folks who find it difficult to find time to go out and break a run. Really Go for it.

The media could not be loaded. It's a must have. An amazing product. It's smooth and easy to use n handle. We can connect it with Android app to review the status of cycling n all, comes with a stand in front for placing tabs or phones to easy access the app n tracking. Love using it . It's not noisy while running . And performance is just perfect can go ahead to buy without thinking much. It's best in this range and its sizing is good. Can handle weight upto 125kgs or more I can say . It's strong and great product. Happy and satisfied to have this .

If you’re looking for a bike for basic cardio exercises that strikes a balance between affordability, ease of assembly, and quality, this one hits the mark. It’s an excellent option for beginners or anyone wanting to stay active at home without investing heavily in high-end equipment.

The quality is substantially subpar. Within 4 months of usage both paddle cranks broke off. Not worth the that you have to spend claiming warranty services

The media could not be loaded. Bad experience. There is a problem with the flywheel. If I tighten it even a little bit it starts making scratching noise and if I turn it just a little bit more , it stops completely.

Good product for Home exercise

I bought the Fitkit FK7001 spin bike, and within two days the resistance stopped working completely. No matter how much I turn the knob, there's zero change. Clearly a manufacturing defect or poor build quality.

Very disappointed – this shouldn’t happen with a new product. No proper support or fix either. Not recommended.

Build quality is amazing, the cycle is very compact and sturdy. The only drawback is the seat it not comfortable and the so called phone stand that comes with it is almost useless and is of very bad quality.
