Go for it it's the bestIt's very sleeek high quality built machine. The app support is even better. Best thing is it keeps you engaged and make you want to come back more. Lot of you ttube videos are there about why rowing is one of the nest exercise. If you want to buy a rowing then flexnest tower is best just go for it

My first rower(Review after a month of use)
Nice design, works as expected. It needs no power source so I could keep it in my terrace.
Classes are very good on the Flexnest app, they keep you motivated and engaged (but for some reason, the instructors always remind you that you got the cheaper "base model" in every class xD. Why don't they just call it the Flexrower and the Flexrower Plus, instead?)
The only issue is that the rails squeak when I row. Hoping it lasts a long time.

Good product but bad delivery experienceProduct was not even received, out of 2 boxes only 1 was received. Since i didn't get to use so can't comment on the quality and service of product/company. Pre-sales was not good as they are very slow in their response.

The wooden part was delivered on 4th Nov (original order date was 16th Oct). Self installation needs to be done which was kind of easy. For putting the main unit you might need a help. Have tried 4 times so far and found the classes to be good. The product is silent and can be stored with ease. Probably the cost could be less considering the unit as such has no display on it and you need app to know data related to your row.

This company does not provide warranty. Its a fraudThis company says it provides warranty but it does not provide any warranty. Their warranty page does not have details regarding how to claim warranty. The phone number provided does not work. Warranty claim on flexnest products is a fraud.

Poor build quality; no warrantyDO NOT BUY!
For a product costing nearly ₹30,000, it has an extremely poor build quality.
In less than a month of use, a critical part has broken. And I am left with a useless product.
The company has flatly refused to provide any help. It is a shame that Amazon is even allowing such sellers on its platform.
Some more details. When I called there customer care, I only got through after 8-10 calls. The guy who picks up said he is the ONLY one on duty.
I shared the pictures with them three days. Clearly specified that the nut bolt has broken. But guess what, it takes them three days to convey back the same to me saying it can neither be repaired nor be replaced!
Buy this at your own risk. 30-60k product with no support, no after sales. Nothing!
By the way their app. After a week, all workouts stopped downloading. So even that is a waste of money. This a scam company. Stay away!
