My brother had knee surgery and was advised to do cycling after some rehab.

But since we live in a village. And it would have been problematic for him to go back and forth to the gym for cycling.

So We decided to buy it. And We loved it.

The only thing I didn't like was that their technician didn't come to install the bike.

So, we had to do it ourselves. However, it was pretty easy to do so. They gave all the keys and equipment to do so.

And it was a wonderful cycle assembling experience. 🙂
Just make sure to have 2-3 different people if you want to assemble it yourself.

If you find it hard for yourself, find someone knowledgeable or juggadu person. Or better call their technician in advance to visit.

Amazon provides installation for free, but it didn't come, so if you live in a tier 2 or 3 city, you better ensure that if you will get installation or not.

I recommend paying the price and calling the company's direct technician as well if you are in a hurry and willing to pay.

That way, you can be assured you will get installation on time. Also, if Amazon sends their technician first, then cancel the paid one. SIMPLE!

The bicycle itself is good it has great functions and works perfectly but mine got damaged 2 months after buying. One day, just exercising, it broke down, the paddle suddenly stopped and got stuck there . I'm now trying to do something about but there r no instructions in case of any breaking

Recieved the product before time by delhivery,intact with all components and essential tools,just 15 minutes taken to assemble all parts,all parts sturdy as per description,heavy duty material, comfortable seat with high performance,portable and easy to accommodate wherever you are okay,worked for 30 minutes at first use and got sweating, great addition to weightloss journey and finally value for money ,went for milind soman branding and he's our inspiration at his age of 58 still rocking …thanks Amazon

This is absolutely a value for money spin bike. Im a 5'10 Guy and my starting weight was 97.5 kgs. I got this as a means of cardio to start my weight loss journey.I self installed the bike with help of my wife…the product took 1 hour maximum to assemble but I highly recommend
you to get help someone to hold it and stuff….. it feels sturdy post assembly and the resistance levels provided are adequate for the price and beginner spinners. The digital console also offers good stats and I'm not sure about the pulse meter accuracy. So in my 40 days of weight loss journey so far I've lost around 9 KG so I'm down from 97Kgs to 88 Kgs now. Ofcourse i maintained a calories deficit in this period. However I'm giving it only 4 stars due to pathetic third party delivery by Delhivery. After multiple fake delivery attempts I personally had to go and self pick it up from a Delhivery Hub that's almost 30 kms away from me.

Cycle is Good but display screen showing on amzon is false.
The actual display is very small. Display (like Tab) which is showing in picture is actually only tab stand not the actual screen.

The media could not be loaded. Cycle quality is good but I am not happy with seat quality. If you guys provide better seat . It will be a decent bike . Size of seat is little small for me

The cycle seems to be fine but there 3 missing screws in the box. All the tools were packed so haphazardly that it was difficult to find the screws that were present.

Amazing purchase and good value for money. Sturdy and serves the purpose.

Superb quality

Product was delivered in good order and condition. Installation was done by ourselves. Touch screen display needs battery to operate.
It’s very easy to operate and resistance adjustment level is as par with the needs.Looks and feels like a premium designed equipment. Has ample body weight to accommodate a 80kg person. Display quality can be improved as well as magnetic resistance is also not available .All tools and materials for installation is provided inside in the packing its self.
Will update after thoroughly testing in further. Good for cardio – As of now satisfied .

Extremely Disappointed with Lifelong – No After-Sales Service!

I’ve had the worst experience with Lifelong. I raised a complaint about my exercise bike making noise on April 3, 2025, and it’s now been over 1.5 months with no resolution.

Here’s the timeline:

April 3 – Complaint registered.

Technician visits – Had no idea how to open the bike, ordered a part.

A week later – Part arrives, but I had to wait 2 more weeks for technician to return.

Technician says – Wrong part delivered, orders another one and leaves the bike open and unusable.

After 2 more weeks – I follow up and am told the bike will be replaced.

Finally after two months they have given me the refund for the bike.
