Two MOST IMPORTANT things that you need to know:
1) These are DC motors and hence you should NOT run it at a stretch for more than 40 or 45 minutes!! (But – looks like all the treadmills that you buy in this price range have a DC motor and hence cannot be driven for more than 45 minutes at a stretch… )

2) You cannot return this product.

Now comes the detailed review –
Regarding point #2 – maybe I was careless and did not notice the return issue… So, let me give the seller the benefit of doubt…

But regarding point 1, I feel that the seller should have made it very clear before I made the purchase. Instead what happened was that as soon as the product was delivered and even before I opened the treadmill, I got a whatsapp message and then a call from the seller – during which they told that I am not supposed to use it for more than 40 minutes at a stretch… That I need to give it a 15 minute break… The problem is that I was not at all aware of it, and the cust service rep sounded as if it is a common sensical thing that DC motors are not supposed to be run for more than 45 minutes at a stretch!!! and even though I am yet to open the treadmill, I can't return it!!! I was more irritated by the fact that they sounded as if I am at mistake for not having this common knowledge about DC motors.

OK, now the positives:
1) As told above – all treadmills in this price range has this 40 minute issue since all of them are made of DC motors (as per this seller). So, I would have still gone ahead even if I was aware of this timing issue before hand.

2) I have been using this for more than 6 weeks now, and 3 of us are using this at home for at least 5 times per day (each time only for 40 minutes though) and the product has been running very smoothly,. It is sturdy too…

3) At one point I told the Cust Service Rep that I was ready to another 15K also if I can get this replaced with another treadmill which can at least run at a stretch for 1.5 hours… He very frankly told me that it will cost me a lot more to put a AC motor instead of the current DC motor and that even doubling the current price will not be sufficient. I appreciated the fact that he was not trying to fleece money out of me and HENCE I am not very upset with these guys…

But still – they should have put in the Description "Cannot be used for more than 40 minutes at a stretch"!!! 🙁

The media could not be loaded. I have purchased this treadmill in prime day sale for Rs. 14k only. This treadmill is super compact. Space saving technology. Easily rolled down under bed or sofa. 2hp motor is very less noisy even will not feel any sound till 2km speed after that noise will increase but it's 75% less noisy than your water motor pump.
Received call from seller within 4 days regarding installation and maintenance. Only issue is you can register treadmill for warranty but you will not receive any mail confirmation for the same. This issue needs to be fixed by company. However company representative assured that invoice received from Amazon is suffice for warranty. I am using this Treadmill since 20 days and working like charm. My weight is 88 kg and no issues found till date even I am using this Treadmill continuouly for more than an hour. I am a busy person and could not able to go out for walking most of the times, so I can use this product as per my convenience without disturbing others. I am using this Treadmill for walking and till date could not able to cross 5 km per hour speed. 5km speed is more than suffice for me. I would suggest all to use this this treadmill with hand support for better safety. Its been value for money for me. Recommended product for all. Go for it.

Really like the WELLCARE MAXPRO Underdesk Treadmill! It’s very light in weight, compact and so easy to install! Has a good finish and is pretty sleek! The delivery was very prompt and so was their customer support to call and check if I need any help with the installation! Bought a 4kv stabilizer of the same company which costed 3k and their executive Mr. Vijay was extremely patient and polite in explaining about the Do’s and Dont’s while using the treadmill. I still need to use it to know how good the product is….but that will be after a month.

I have been using it since 2022 and writing this review after 2 years. It’s really very solid and simple to use. Their AMC service is too good and No remainder is needed. Their service engineers are very professional, friendly and helpful. If you are going for this product, suggest to take AMC as well.

No proper REPAIR service.ALways having problem one after the other.Its not just u have to buy the machine it's the costy repair services u need to have after buying it.For which ur call will not be picked up.

I regret buying this threadmill. At just speed 5 ,the treadmill shakes and wobbles badly.Its too narrow and feels unsafe even for walking. No step tracking or basic stats, it also needs oiling every 30 hrs of usage of treadmill ,which only their service engineer could do which would cost ₹750 each time. Every quarter you have to shell out ₹750. Poor design,high maintenance and not worth of money
