Indigestion and BloatingI was using Nakpro Whey and shifted to Iso Zero. The change has disappointed me as I faced too much indigestion and Bloating issues. I threw up whenever I have taken this. I didn't know whether it was my body that it's unsupporting or the product itself is causing it. It was good in the starting but I don't know what happened later. I even had to go to doctor and get all the blood check done to see if anything wrong. Doctor mentioned about low ketos and suggested me to stop this. I stopped for a month and started taking again with half scoop but that didn't solve the problem. I still face stomach ache for a while even after reducing the intake.
I'm planning to change to another brand. Maybe Muscle Blaze.
