JUST GET IT !Been about 6 weeks since purchase of this wonderful device based on advice of my Physio Dr Parag Paluskar ! Excellent product , quick & fast installation by service person , easy to undersdand and operate . Absolutely noise less without any vibration . In any one sitting the display Offers 6 paramerers like distance traversed in km , calories expended , total distance travelled in sittings till date ,pulse rate in beats per minute ,speed in unknown units(at that particular time ) and time elapsed . Each of these readings last for 6 seconds before shifting to next one automatically in the SCAN MODE . The Metrics like speed in , km/ hr , calories expended per hour needs to be calculated separately . By pressing on mode once on lhs or rhs you can fix the display to show any one of the 6 parameters . Keep pressing till you get the parameter you want to FIX on the display and /or keep pressing MODE till you get the blinking on off "scan " on the lhs of display panel ( at lhs bottom left) MOST IMPORTANTLY IF YOU NEED TO LEAVE THE MACHINE ,( to attend to the door bell) DO NOT WORRY ,AS LONG AS YOU ARE BACK ON MACHINE WITHIN FOUR MINUTES ! Machine switches off automatically in about 4 minutes as long as you do not operate the pedals , though you are sitting on machine ! Thanks to the designers, the manufacturers / sellers and to Amazon for providing this great product 🙏 🌹 JUST GET IT ! IF ANY PRIOR BACK PROBLEM , DO CONSULT YOUR PHYSIO !
