    Worst brand,Powermax is not a customer friendly brand

    I purchased POWERMAX FITNESS EC-1800 COMMERCIAL ELLIPTICAL CROSS TRAINER from Amazon. Its motorised resistance is not working now.I complained about this.It's almost a month since I lodged my complaint, but no one has been sent by the company to repair my defective elliptical cross trainer.Power Max brand is not a customer friendly brand. They only know how to sell their third class products by good marketing and once the product is sold then go to hell with the customer. While the customer has bought these lakhs of rupees products with the belief that with such a brand name , if there is any problem, it will definitely help them. The work of Powermax brand is to earn maximum amount and cheat the customer.

    1- Package: completely torned from inside, the foam is damaged and the box not organized
    2- Assembly: no numbering on the each piece for collection and installation
    3- Fuselage: scratches everywhere in the equipment, and rusted everywhere, took loads of pictures to every rusted and scratch
    4- Technical Assembly: that requires a technical representative to put the equipment all together, extremely heavy and the manual is not any smart.
    5- customer experience: terrible experience
