I recently purchased the Sparnod Fitness SSB-11 Spin Bike and have been using it for a while now. Overall, I’m satisfied with the product. It’s quite sturdy and well-built, which gives me confidence in its durability. The 11 kg heavy-duty flywheel provides smooth and consistent resistance, and the adjustable resistance allows me to tailor the intensity of my workouts.

The LED display is clear and easy to read, showing all the necessary workout data like time, speed, distance, and calories burned. The pulse sensor is a nice touch for tracking heart rate during intense sessions. I also appreciate the silent belt drive system—it’s incredibly quiet, so I can exercise without disturbing others.

Recently I have bought this gym cycle. This is great cycle for both beginners and experienced riders. The settings are very very customizable and pedal systems feels solid. It would be helpful if the seat could be a bit more comfortable, especially for longer work out. It's a great value for price but I'd love to see a little more focus on the comfort of the seat for longer workout.

It's compact and functional for someone who does a lot of work from home or can't go to gym.
The seat could be bigger and more comfortable otherwise it's a good purchase for exercise.

This product is too good. I like to exercise on this alot it has made alot of difference in my fitness. Easy to use and install for home use

The home cycle is a solid choice for working out at home. It does exactly what it’s supposed to and runs smoothly. The analog meter is a nice touch, making it easy to track progress. It could be a bit sturdier, but overall, it’s a great buy and totally worth the price.

The cycle is great and setup was easy with the help of the user manual. Have been using it for 2 weeks now and gotta say it's comfortable and helpful for getting some good workout done. Only issue is the pedals which are metallic and spiky and sometimes uncomfortable when doing for more than 5 mins barefeet

This is a 11kg flywheel and feels very stable. Got this for apartment gym and it can be easily adjusted to suit any body frame. Pedals have buckle to prevent slip. The quality of the display is average although it is readable. Should have been backlit for this price. It was easy to setup by myself. The packing was done so well that it barely took 20min to unpack and set it up completely. All tools are included and all that's needed are couple of AAA batteries for the display. I recommend this brand if you are looking for a value for money spin bike that can handle 11kg load

Cons: handlebarc an not be adjusted for angle. Handlebar shaft is a bit lose, might move 1-2mm laterally. Acceptable cons at the price range.

Works noiseless ,flywheel of 11kg provide good ride quality and effective workout ,resistance knob provides micro adjustment for a good workout.
customer support is also good so far customer support person has messaged and enquired 3 times about the smooth functioning of the bike.

great quality and sturdy nike, also pulse sensor helps in tracking the heartbeat. worth every penny spent on it. also shows the calories burned and starting my morning with this bike for an hour and changes can be seen in face , swollen face fat and weight loss can be observed in 15 days. great smoothness with almost no sound. fits even in closed spaces.

Very good product at this price point, built quality is excellent n heavy no doubt. Seating height n handle height can be adjusted according to the needs as well as flywheel brake. Seat is slightly uncomfortable during a long exercise but overall it meets the needs. Go for it👍
