If you want a flawless one, put extra money and buy an expensive machine.
Here are all the issues found after 4 months of almost daily use:
1. Since day 1, it lags at 1.8-2.3 speed, which may cause you to trip and fall if you are not aware of this issue.
2. After 4 months of usage, the mat started to peel off
3. As it shown, no incline..nothing other than speed.
4. Size is narrow, for me it works well, for my large size dog he is suffering and it did fit his size.
5. Not super comfy in regards with where the legs goes and where the hands are placed.. don't expect something like what you use in your gym.
6. Cord is really short, while you are in amazon, remember to by an extention.

Overall, for this price, all those issues are minor and overall rating is very good.. if you want to avoid those issues, go up with your budget

I bought this treadmill about 3 weeks ago. Their tech support called me to check if I needed help with the installation and also sent me a video for help with the installation. Using the video I managed to install the treadmill by myself. It works as stated in the manual. It's a good product. The service center gave me a followup call today just to check if the treadmill was working fine and if I had any queries. I had some queries which were answered to my satisfaction.
