You can buy without 2nd thought. Very light weight and surprisingly strong!I already had a foam roller which I had bought for the purpose of relaxing my back stiff muscles, which indeed somewhat fulfilled its purpose. However, I started doing exercise where I had had lie sideways on the floor keeping the foam roller beneath my pelvic bone. It used to compress and loose its shape.
