Very high quality product, working perfectly fine after one year of purchase, I and my son use daily 1 hour and it has been important part of our daily, walk/run regime and helped us kept fit in pandemic. Also servicing team for request for oiling etc is quite responsive and very friendly, get job done and call for feedback also. Really good to see a highly customer obsessed company.

Hi everyone this is gonna be a detailed break down of my experience.

Day1 : after extensive research I settled down to max pro as they are part of the welcare family and based out of coimbatore. Welcare takes care of service of these treadmill and they have many showroom. So I decided to buy it. I had other option and models in mind but I went with this as my weight is almost 100kg.
Day2: after ordering the treadmill was divided tye next day as it was readily available near my home's warehouse. The product is damn heavy and I had to take it up to second floor and we the Amazon executive delivered I asked them to keep in the ground floor itself because I had to decide where to place it.
Evening on that day: I finally got few of my friends and there goes our heavy work out for the day, at end success treadmill is on the second floor.
Unboxing: it came completely wrapped in cardboard box and foam box on the right places.
I called up the executive for virtual support for installation and they said will connect in 30 minutes and the 30minutes becomes 2 days, I had to do the installation myself, it's pretty simple guys. Don't worry about it.
The build quality is good and I liked it but it was making squeaking noise when running, I called the customer service and they sent a rep to fix it, he did some tightening and the noise went of for few days, but after that it surfaced again but it's not that evident when running and am used to it now.
The belt is strong and tight. Overall am happy so fa, it's been 2 months and work great. Pls keep in mind to lubricate the product frequently, this has a small filler area where you can lubricate it. And one more thing which I might feel used, I can run this on my 1250va invertor without any problem.

I am posting this review after using the MAXPRO PTA 460 and also taking in consideration about other treadmill that I have used. I was bit skiptical about buying Welcare treadmill as I have never used or purchased this brand equipement. I found reviews to be good but then at times reviews can be deceiving. I must say Welcare has exeeded my expectation and checked all boxes in terms of Quality, Packaging and after sales service.
1 I have found the packaging was very thoughtfully done to ensure not a scratch or dent appeared on the delivered product. An extra fitment was attached to ensure tradmill is not dislodge or opens to avoid any damage. That is an extra mile because that fitment is not part of standard treadmill packaging. Good Job!
2 Most important point ! The after sales team is understanding and are not Pushy like Powermax, trust me I have suffered a lot due to unwanted calls from Powermax after purchasing their treadmill during lockdown. Its a nightmare to answer repeatedly to Powermax customer care on how good is their product that eventually it turns your mindset into disliking the product due bombarding of calls from after sales.
Note – Powermax quality is not bad at all but after sales and customer care is nightmare(or childish).
3 Quality – Now this also depends on your weight and the maximum weight capacity treadmill that you choose. My weight is around 90kg and the max capacity of treadmill is 130kg so I found zero cons in terms of activity like walking, jogging or even running. No lag in display or functionality..Auto-incline works flawlessly and its not jittery or shaky. All Program and mode works perfect.
Conclusion : Thank you Welcare, as long as you maintain the same standard, I will keep buying
your equipment.

MaxPro PTA460I is a practical treadmill for home use. The size of the treadmill is optimal. Both belt length and width is sufficient. The motor is silent as stated in brochure. Overall it is very sturdy and stable when one walks & runs. Looks good with screen & Bluetooth options. Amazon was great as always with in time delivery. The installation support was good & on time as scheduled by MaxPro team.
