It was difficult selecting and short listing treadmill from the variety of brands and features. I chose this because of wider running belt than other treadmills on amazon and because of its capacity for heavier person.
Delivery and installation was excellent in Bengaluru but the problem was the sound coming in from treadmill while running. Similar to other videos in the review section for Maxpro PTA 460, just after my first run, after 60 seconds on treadmill, it started making that weird squeak. It was heart breaking. Amazon, Maxpro sales team and service engineer were quite helpful. The service guy had to visit 3 times to sort out the problem but finally the sound went away.
After initial hiccup, the treadmill is performing magnificently. I weigh 85kg and I can adjust the speed and slant while sprinting on the machine without any problem. The belt is wide enough for the comfortable run.
My suggestion.. go for the beast.

Very high quality product, working perfectly fine after one year of purchase, I and my son use daily 1 hour and it has been important part of our daily, walk/run regime and helped us kept fit in pandemic. Also servicing team for request for oiling etc is quite responsive and very friendly, get job done and call for feedback also. Really good to see a highly customer obsessed company.

Hi everyone this is gonna be a detailed break down of my experience.

Day1 : after extensive research I settled down to max pro as they are part of the welcare family and based out of coimbatore. Welcare takes care of service of these treadmill and they have many showroom. So I decided to buy it. I had other option and models in mind but I went with this as my weight is almost 100kg.
Day2: after ordering the treadmill was divided tye next day as it was readily available near my home's warehouse. The product is damn heavy and I had to take it up to second floor and we the Amazon executive delivered I asked them to keep in the ground floor itself because I had to decide where to place it.
Evening on that day: I finally got few of my friends and there goes our heavy work out for the day, at end success treadmill is on the second floor.
Unboxing: it came completely wrapped in cardboard box and foam box on the right places.
I called up the executive for virtual support for installation and they said will connect in 30 minutes and the 30minutes becomes 2 days, I had to do the installation myself, it's pretty simple guys. Don't worry about it.
The build quality is good and I liked it but it was making squeaking noise when running, I called the customer service and they sent a rep to fix it, he did some tightening and the noise went of for few days, but after that it surfaced again but it's not that evident when running and am used to it now.
The belt is strong and tight. Overall am happy so fa, it's been 2 months and work great. Pls keep in mind to lubricate the product frequently, this has a small filler area where you can lubricate it. And one more thing which I might feel used, I can run this on my 1250va invertor without any problem.

Fantastic product, I am really happy after using it, no sound at all while working, the customer support of the seller is excellent, one person called Jasmine, cleared all the technical doubts, really impressed with the delivery, it was delivered in two days, and the very same day the Technician assembled the Machine and came back to check if everything is ok after couple of days to know everything is working fine. Regarding the cost it is most reasonably priced, compared to the treadmills available in the shops, hats off to this Maxpro machine dealer, for the excellent service.

I must say Welcare has exeeded my expectation and checked all boxes in terms of Quality, Packaging and after sales service.
1 I have found the packaging was very thoughtfully done to ensure not a scratch or dent appeared on the delivered product. An extra fitment was attached to ensure tradmill is not dislodge or opens to avoid any damage. That is an extra mile because that fitment is not part of standard treadmill packaging. Good Job!
2 Most important point ! The after sales team is understanding and are not Pushy like Powermax, trust me I have suffered a lot due to unwanted calls from Powermax after purchasing their treadmill during lockdown. Its a nightmare to answer repeatedly to Powermax customer care on how good is their product that eventually it turns your mindset into disliking the product due bombarding of calls from after sales.
Note – Powermax quality is not bad at all but after sales and customer care is nightmare(or childish).
3 Quality – Now this also depends on your weight and the maximum weight capacity treadmill that you choose. My weight is around 90kg and the max capacity of treadmill is 130kg so I found zero cons in terms of activity like walking, jogging or even running. No lag in display or functionality..Auto-incline works flawlessly and its not jittery or shaky. All Program and mode works perfect.
Conclusion : Thank you Welcare, as long as you maintain the same standard, I will keep buying
your equipment.

It is very comfort for walk and running also. But in speed a small noise is there.led panel is very nice. I think if it is BT support, it is too good. Best price.

Very good n sturdy..good for home use. Installation was on time and technician was very good at explanation n on time. But for delivery it's mentioned that two persons will come to carry it and keep it in the place we say, unfortunately only one person came and he asked us for support since I have to move it to the first floor it's was too difficult to make it.

I got the best model treadmill and within 20 days of purchase (after the return window was over) , there was motor problem which fully got changed, then there was stabilizer issue and now there is noise issue. In the span of 3 months of purchase, there has been multiple issues and the customer service is worst because they cause unnecessary delay in getting the product fixed. Only the initial visit is on time and after that you have to wait forever for them to provide you resolution.
I don't know how the equipment pass the testing phase. This is worst product as my usage is only 20 mins per day at 3.5 speed. This was purchased for my mother who is diabetic so she can exercise daily at home. However, the amount of trouble this product has caused us can't be explained. The company is unreliable and not at all trustworthy. Do not buy any of their product so such fraud companies can be shut down. They just cheat customers by taking our hard earned money and in exchange give us malfunctioned product.
